Our main focus is quality of servers. We want to build relationships with our customers. We do this by never stacking our servers, and guaranteeing that your server will be of the same quality when you first order till the day your service ends.

How long does it take to setup my server?

All servers will be setup within 12 hours of the funds being received.

Whats your refund policy?

We will refund 50% of the initial payment within the first 14 days of the service being enabled. This does NOT include any 3 month, 6 month or 12 month sales.

Whats your Cancellation policy?

Upon cancellation of a one month package, refer to Refund Policy. Upon cancellation of a 3, 6, or 12 month package, customers are entitled to a 30 day cancellation policy. Customers cancelling within the first 30 days will receive 50 % of their total cost if cancelled within the first 14 days. All proceeding months will be returned 100 %.
