Terms of Service

This Agreement shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of BC, Canada.

Use of Grid-Gaming Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Grid-Gamings TOS (Terms of Service).

Any persons, group or entity purchasing any good and/or services from Grid-Gaming will herein be referred to as Customer

Grid-Gaming constitutes of the ownership of Grid Gaming and all goods and services offered by Grid-Gaming.com.

Our Obligations:

Were obligated to provide server maintenance. We provide technical support through email as well as MIRC.com (irc.gamesurge.net #Grid-Gaming). We guarantee all technically inquiries will be answered and fixed within 24 hours. We guarantee 99.9% uptime of our services. All systems and game servers are monitored to guarantee best quality.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for all basic server maintenance. This includes, but not limited to the editing of configs, addition of mods, maps, and third-party game-related files. Servers must not be in violation with the agreement with Grid-Gaming.com.

Payment:

Public and Private Game Servers: Customers who purchase private game servers are not allowed to share their server with other clans. Loaning of servers is prohibited. Server passwords may not be displayed in any manner that would result in the general public having access to the passwords, such as in public IRC channels, forums, loaning of the server, or in the name of the server itself. Private servers found to have no password or found to have had their passwords posted in a public fashion will be charged according to the public server rate displayed at Grid-Gaming.com.

Player Slots: Our systems are configured based on the number of slots allocated to each individual game server. Thus, any alteration of the number of slots without prior notification and payment is prohibited, as such can negatively impact the performance of our network and hardware. Any server found to have exceeded their agreed upon limit of player slots will be subject to cancellation without refund and the customer will be charged for any additional slots exceeding the agreed upon limit.

Bots: We do not condone the use of ANY bots. Any server found in violation of this will immediately be taken down WITHOUT refund.

Restricted Files: We reserve the right to restrict usage of files that may cause performance issues with our hardware. Mods, plugins or maps found to cause exhorbitant CPU or memory usage WILL be removed. Ping boosters or accelerators are not permitted. Servers found to be using prohibited files or using files which cause performance issues will have the files removed. Persistent use of restricted files may result in termination of the game server without refund.

Server Configuration: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their server configuration does not violate their agreement with Grid-Gaming.com. Exceeding the allocated number of player slots, changing a private server to public without notifying Grid-Gaming.com, or altering the designated sys_ticrate/tickrate for your server package are examples of acts that would breach your agreement with Grid-Gaming.com; such acts may result in additional charges and/or termination of the server without refund.

File Transfer Protocol:Allocated space is not to be used for the storage of files unrelated to gameplay on the designated server. If any Pornography or illegal files are found on the ftp Grid Gaming will cancel any and all services without refund

Service Agreement and Refund Policy

We will refund 50% of the within the first 14 days of the service being enabled. This does NOT include any 3 month, 6 month or 12 month sales.

Upon cancellation of a one month package, refer to Refund Policy. Upon cancellation of a 3, 6, or 12 month package, customers are entitled to a 30 day cancellation policy. Customers cancelling within the first 30 days will receive 50 % of their total cost if cancelled within the first 14 days. All proceeding months will be returned 100 %.

Service Rates:

Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Subscriber. Subscriber is aware that the Company may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. The promotional offer is contingent upon Company achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to company by its suppliers.

Upgrades and Patches: Patches produced by the game designers for a given server will be applied promptly and at no cost to the customer

Compliance: Failure to comply with present and future Terms of Service Agreements may result in immediate cancellation of service without refund. If any part of the Terms of Service agreement is unclear, please submit a ticket via the customer support ticket system to avoid any potential conflicts.

Right To Serve: At all times, Grid gaming (Grid-Gaming.com) reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if it so chooses. Reasons that could create refusal or termination are: insulting staff, attempting to defraud Grid-Gaming Gaming LLC, or any reasons deemed reasonable by company.

Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL Grid-Gaming.com BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL WHETHER INCURRED OR SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES, PERFORMANCE, NON-PERFORMANCE, NEGLIGENCE, TERMINATION, BREACH OR ACTION OR INACTION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EVEN IF CLIENT ADVISES Grid-Gaming.com OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION ON LIABILITY, HOWEVER, SHALL NOT RELIEVE Grid-Gaming.com FROM LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY OUT OF Grid-Gaming.coms GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WANTON OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IN PERFORMANCE OF THE HOSTING SERVICES.

Ownership of Materials

All site content is the exclusive Grid-Gaming.com unless otherwise noted.
